10 Buffet Restaurants in Cebu

The other day, I got a call from a friend asking, “Where is a good buffet restaurant?” Every now and then, people ask me this question. I finally decided to write about it.

Buffets are a great choice for family gatherings, birthday celebrations and plain old pigging out. As we all know, eating is more blissful when shared. The best part is the sky is the limit! Or until your stomach bursts.

These are some buffet spots in Cebu you might want to try.

*Note: We didn’t add the price as it tends to change. Feel free to call them for exact rates. If you want to learn more about specific restaurants, we linked to helpful blog posts about them. Enjoy the food!

Port Buffet Restaurant

Ranging from Sizzling Bangus, Sizzling Squid and Prawns, Port Restaurant is known for their seafood. They might even be one of the most recognized buffet restaurants in Cebu. Their prime location on the ground floor of the Waterfront Hotel and Casino makes it even more appealing. To top it all off, its affordability makes it a must go for buffets.

AAA Diamond Tongs

This unassuming spot packs a punch! Whenever people ask me about where to eat baked oysters, my automatic answer is AAA Diamond Tongs (Or Tongs for short). They have a lot more than that too. Expect favorite Filipino dishes like Lechon Kawali, Crispy Kangkong, etc.

Café Marco at Marco Polo Hotel

Café Marco has to be part of any best buffets in Cebu conversation. You won’t be disappointed. Located inside an iconic Cebuano building, they have a long list of international cuisines to choose from. Never resting on their laurels, they continue to update their menu offering with different themes every month.

Tajimaya Charcoal Grill

Not really a buffet, but with eat all you can grilled meat, it feels like one. Especially since the price is reasonable for the quality. Tajimaya Charcoal Grill is a favorite for a Yakiniku style dining experience. It helps that it is near all the party spots in Crossroads. Party!

Contact number: (032) 232 0533

Business Hours: 10:30am – 11:00pm

Tokyo Table

I recently tried Tokyo Table and it did not disappoint. Although it is priced slightly higher than most non hotel restaurant buffets, the variety of the selection (Japanese, Korean, Chinese, etc.) and the good quality of the food makes the buffet worth it.

Business hours: 11:30AM-2:00PM; Dinner 6:30PM -10:00PM (Daily)

Feria at Radisson Blu

This is a personal favorite! Rivaling many of the hotel buffets in Cebu, Feria has many delightful dishes, but my favorite is their famous ice cream! If you happen to be in a large group, they have plenty of enclosed quiet areas you can dine in.

Address: Serging Osmena Boulevard, Corner Juan Luna Avenue, Cebu City (across SM City Cebu)

Contact number: (032) 402 9900

Business hours: 06:30am – 10:30pm (Daily)

Tides at Shangri-la Mactan Resort and Spa

Arguably, the ultimate buffet in Cebu! Expect every dish served at its best. It’s not uncommon for folks from the city to travel all the way to Mactan just to experience their buffet. While you’re there, you may as well take advantage of the world class amenities. *As of this writing, Tides is currently undergoing a major renovation.

Puso Bistro and Bar at Quest Hotel

I love Puso Bistro and Bar’s Japanese station. They have one of the biggest sushi spreads. Also thumbs up to their assorted Tempura! It’s a true haven for Japanese food lovers. They also offer a pasta bar, various main course dishes and desserts plus a carving station.

Address: Quest Hotel, Archbishop Reyes Ave, Cebu City (across Ayala Center Cebu)

Royal Concourse

Royal Concourse is one of the oldest buffet spots in this list. Don’t expect a grand ambience, but they are quite affordable. This makes up for the lack of food selection at times. Reviews for this restaurant are varied, but I personally think the food was okay. Good value for what you have pay for.

Manuel’s Buffet Restaurant at Cebu Parklane International Hotel

Savor a long stretch of super delicious international and Filipino cuisines in Manuel’s Restaurant. I can’t recall any favorites, but the food is generally great. A worthy buffet experience all around.
