Last week, 856 G Gallery invited me to a showing of Reena Gamboa Peña’s artisanal home decor and exhibition sale. It was a good opportunity to get something different and colorful for the home. For once, it was good to get away from the usual items from the usual stores. Not only is it good to get something different, but it’s rare nowadays to get something with a little thought and soul put into it.
Case in point.
“I have come up with the Marilyn collection, this is an ode to my mother who loves to entertain. The collection is comprised of bread and cheese trays which come in handy when serving guests. Accent colors are teal and lime green which are complementary to my mother’s personality.”
You’ve still got a chance to go and see what speaks to you. The exhibition sale is ongoing from now till May 15 at the 856 G Gallery.
