I’ve always wanted to have a conversation about this. So when I saw that Kymberly Maitland-Smith opened Soul Sierra, a wellness and holistic hub, I knew she was the person to talk to. There have been many times that I’ve put too much focus on the day to day stresses of life, I’ve forgotten about what makes life worth living. How do we open ourselves to those experiences?
